Mulberry Homes is a venture providing new private housing across North Yorkshire, based on quality sustainable design and additionally subsidising substantial new affordable housing along the way.
CoHo's role included initial joint venture facilitation, financial and business planning, design procurement and facilitation of design principles.
Sowerby Gateway, near Thirsk, is the flagship development of Mulberry Homes and comprises over 1000 homes in a planned 15-20 year expansion of the village.
